About the Founder
Hi there, I'm Cam! Growing up, I dealt with several chronic illnesses that led to me juggling different treatment plans, medications, and specialists. I've faced the struggles of moving states, going to college, and transferring from pediatric to adult care as a patient with chronic conditions. I want to use my experience to teach others key skills to receive effective care and become their own advocate. My mission is to improve patient outcomes, and my focus is on patient wellbeing.
